We are bucking the trend in Port Phillip and demonstrating what it takes to reduce, and ultimately end rough sleeping.
For the first time in many years, rough sleeping in Port Phillip has significantly reduced; and Madden House is playing a pivotal role in that shift.
Six months in, Madden House is already showing what can happen when people forced to live on our cold streets for years and even decades, are offered permanent housing, with onsite supports and the chance of stability that most of us take for granted.
All twenty six people are succeeding.
