Peter Seamer AM
Peter is Chair of the Board. He has long involvement in the management of cities and has been the CEO of a number of Councils: Essendon, Greater Bendigo, Whitehorse, and the City of Sydney. He was the CEO of Federation Square during its construction and early operational phase and was the CEO of the Victorian Planning Authority for a decade.
Jack Haber
Jack is a registered Architect, Land Economist and Valuer. He holds postgraduate qualifications in Applied Finance and Financial Planning. He also holds qualifications in applying AI to professional and business enterprises. In his development management practice since 1997, Jack has led multiple medium-scale to large-scale commercial and for-purpose projects including over 1,200 dwellings across Victoria. He brings over 20 years of NFP and for-profit board experience.
Natasha Liddell
Natasha is an established property professional with a background in planning, community housing and development. Her experience ranges from the delivery of expert evidence at VCAT to the preparation of strategic plans and the delivery of innovative housing projects. Natasha joined the Board in 2024.
Nathan Shafir OAM
As a lecturer in Marketing and Commerce with a distinguished track record of service on several nonprofit boards, Nathan offers a nuanced understanding of strategic nonprofit leadership. His deep expertise in giving strategies and communications, coupled with extensive community connections, will be transformative for our outreach and engagement efforts. Nathan joined the Board in 2024.
Dennis O'Keeffe
Dennis is a result-focused Executive and Consultant with more than 30 years of experience in senior finance, general management, and consulting roles. He is the former Manager Corporate at Alpine Shire Council and was CFO at the City of Port Phillip. Leading teams successfully through change management and rapid growth are key strengths. Organisations that he led and contributed to have experienced significant revenue growth and sustained profitability. Specialties include staff recruitment and development, integration of acquisitions, implementation of new technology platforms and liaison with regulatory authorities.
