Volunteers support SCH in many ways, from sharing professional skills and expertise to helping with projects, events and activities.

To give volunteers time to settle in, get to know SCH and contribute consistently, we ask for a minimum commitment of 6 months.

Volunteering with SCH involves time to get settled, learn the role and become part of the team. For this reason, we ask volunteers to commit for a minimum of 6 months.

Please note: While there may be an occasional need for weekend or after-hours support (e.g. for an annual event), we operate mostly within business hours. Morning shifts generally run from 9.00am to 12.30pm and afternoon shifts from 1.00pm to 4.30pm. These hours are negotiable.
