A passionate movie buff and a keen observer of St Kilda culture, Craig enjoys chatting with neighbours and staying connected to what’s happening in the area. But what he values most is the unwavering support of STKCH.
“The STKCH team bends over backwards to make us comfortable. They are responsive and always check in on us,” Craig shared with us.
Over the years, he has seen significant changes in his property’s culture and community. With STKCH’s commitment to safety and well-being, the environment has become one of harmony and stability.
“There’s been a real positive shift in the atmosphere here, and everything feels much better. Everyone feels relaxed and safe—it’s a credit to STKCH. The difference from six years ago is incredible,” Craig says. “I’ll stay here forever.“
Craig, like many residents, let us know how important and deeply appreciated open communication and keeping promises is. From building upgrades to daily support, he believes our approach fosters trust and respect.
“If it weren’t for STKCH, I’d be on the street. The honesty and support means the world to us,” he reflects.
