Why You’re Seeing This Sticker
Because someone in St Kilda doesn’t have a safe place to sleep, and we’re fixing that.
What We Do (VERY simple)
We provide people with permanent homes.
Not shelters.
Not tents.
Not short-term fixes.
Real homes, with support, right here in St Kilda.
Who We Help
For over forty years we have housed people who:
- have been homeless or rough sleeping
- are part of our community
- overlooked by other housing program
They’re part of this community and they must have the chance to live in safety to live in it safely.
Proof It Works
In 2025 we opened Madden House, a 26-home building in St Kilda.
Since then:
- people who were sleeping outside now have keys
- rough sleeping locally has dropped
- the neighbourhood is safer and calmer
This works because it’s local and the community backed it.
What We Need Now
We’re not starting from scratch. We need support to:
- deliver more local homes
- make sure people are well supported
- help people stay housed long-term
