The Wellington St project is progressing very well. With Bowden Corp and NPG Project Management, we have a dedicated team of Builders and Consultants delivering a quality project.
We recently reached a major point of the project, arriving at the Milestone 3 funding stage. This stage was reached with the completion of the first floor slab.
From here on, over the next few weeks, internal structural walls will be installed, and the props and formwork for the second floor slab will be set up and the slab poured.
Soon after we expect to see the roof on and the building will start to take shape.
